since the update of Engine Driver (v2.24.93), JMRI (vJMRI.4.18 + R37ad3d0), Android (v7.0) unable to connect. Deadlines exceeded.
Even when deactivating the GSM network.

The problem is the same on Linux, W10 and RPi3B +.
