In the meantime, if you change this line near the top of the file from

<?xml-stylesheet href="/xml/XSLT/panelfile-2-9-6.xsl" type="text/xsl”?>

I hope it will bypass the problem.

Debugging depends a lot on what you’re using for a browser, as the formatting is done right in the browser.
