Actually speed matching these decoders is very simple.
1. Set the speed table to linear (Or your choice of standard curves). Do this once, then ignore.
2. Use the auto adjust BEMF if available (CV54 to 0. then turn on F1). This sets slow running.
3. Use CV2 to match slow running on master Lok.
4. Use CV5 to match top speed of master.
5. Set CV3 and 4 to match momentum for the consist (I use 14 For USE and 4 for others)
6. Done.

Note that sound start up delays, different power curves, etc. may dictate use of advanced techniques, but this simple procedure should get you close enough to run with few issues.
