I did some experimentation and believe I have found a solution, or at least what I want to happen is now happening ;-). I was running a script with an error in it at startup (topic 167239). When I removed that, and loaded the Id tag table first (as you suggested above) the id tag errors disappeared from the startup sequence. Today I finally found the solution to the script error and now if I open the id tag table in startup, followed by my corrected script, it all works. I do not understand the relationship of the id tags and the script (the script is based on the ReporterOperations.py script) so I'll leave it at everything is working now. If it would help to see the script let me know.
