i was using 2 19 inch monitors for a long time but the big black area between the 2 was very distracting.?
Then I discovered a samsung untried wide.?
I did not have to do anything more than just drag them over there.?
I really needed 3 monitors because I need to run iMovie on one of them for the cameras installed in a couple of my locomotives. O gauge ?3 rail Lionel.?
Having a track level real time view is quite a kick.?
I am using a Mac mini and the ultra wide is on a display port connection and the other monitor is on an HDMI to DVI connection.?
I really love that ultra wide monitor and not having the black area of adjacent monitors showing.?

Yes, I did a huge one a few years ago and it spanned across 2 27" monitor. It was hard to manage so I ended up breaking it down into separate areas. You want to divide the windows up
so you can have more than one dispatcher managing a big layout in different locations.
It was better to manage individual windows verses one painted across the one screen.?
