I just tried 4.19.1+R36b5909.exe ,the most recent successful (nightly) build. and layout rotation worked. Unfortunately, what I need is rotate selected area. I have an area of approximately 1/6th my panel ,consiting of a 5 track station, a dual crossover, 2? 6 track yards and a reverse loop (and accompaning signals) that I need to rotate 180 degrees.
Do you think that roate selected would be possible?

I burnt out a few brain cells but I think I got all the positionable rotations correct. Please try it out and let me know if I missed anything. Both PR #7734 and PR #7740 have been merged into the development build.
