Greetings,
I am attempting to move my JMRI files from an old windows XP system to a Windows 10 system. When I attempted to load this panel I get the following error.

ERROR - Parse error while parsing file /C:/Users/Harold/JMRI/SSNF%20LINE%20%204.xml Exception: org.jdom2.input.JDOMParseException: Error on line 929: cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'startrate' is not allowed to appear in element 'timebase'.
How can I fix this?
