Locked Re: DecoderPro Preferences folder is empty

Following your link?for F-Secure, I have nothing quarantined.
I will start a thorough scan before I quit for tonight - just because.

I have been looking at the logs & have not gotten all the way through them to see if there is anything that warrants me to send them to you.
Since this is a "new" install, they are not very long so I just have to finish looking at them.
I did see some Errors listed but I did not have the PR4 powered on with the usb plugged into the computer when I started DecoderPro.

I also remembered that I did not go through the registry before I installed this latest test version.
I documented all the entries that had JMRI within an entry excerpt?for some that were related to reports/spreadsheets I had created.
The report is 4 pages of landscape orientation & how do I attach it to this thread?
Or do I just copy & paste the entire document?

I have no clue where to look for instructions relating to this question so I will gamble & include the Word document.
Sorry if that is a no-no, I'm guessing it will get deleted.

Thanks - Dennis Munro

I did not forget this thread, just ran into "life" stuff I have going on seeing as how Christmas is getting close & a 40th wedding anniversary is a couple of weeks away.
Today the RR Club I belong to has their open house, Badgers (Go Badgers) play Ohio State tonight for the Big 10 championship, Packers vs. Washington on Sunday, etc.
Those are important things BUT I really need to get back at the problem DecoderPro is giving me, which I will in a couple?of days.

Thanks for your patience - Dennis Munro

Now testing JMRI
'LaunchJMRI' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

Something is wrong with invoking JMRI. Check JMRI installation.
Press any key to continue . . .
Clearly your symptom has not changed and something is still affecting JMRI.?? This message indicates Windows is incapable of locating LaunchJMRI.exe or that something is stopping LaunchJMRI.exe from starting.? The InstallTest.bat is located in the same folder as LaunchJMRI.exe. so if? InstallTest.bat starts, then something is stopping LaunchJMRI.exe.?

Back to? your? Anti-virus app
