Check the LB-USB is effectively on COM 3 via Device Manager.
Check/replace Loconet cable between LB-USB and Command Station.
In DecoderPro, Open LOCONET,? Monitor Loconet stats. The display should report firmware version, Breaks, Errors..? High error count indicates LB-USB fault. High break count= possible bad Loconet cable or
device on Loconet causing havoc.
