Using this method will also show (and allow you to remove) multiple JMRI installations due to having installed JMRI both "For This User Only" and "For All Users".
This kind of duplicate installation will create problems if the two installed versions are different.
A JMRI installation "For This User Only" will not put any files in C:\Program Files (x86)\JMRI directory (or C:\Program Files\JMRI). They are buried in a normally-invisible location under your user account.
