Possibly not a bug because the solution is sort of expected, It may just be me but it took me 3 days to discover this.
JMRI 4.17.6 and older
Windows 10
Cannot read from or write to the DCC++ eeprom if using one DCC++ connection with other(s) disabled. Acces returns when disabled connections are deleted.
