i enjoy the original jmri forum.
i wish to get rid of facebook.
the question is...
how can i better manage all the posts blowing thru my Gmail inbox?
How can I retrieve a post in the past that may have an answer today

what is thunderbird?

gmail the way it currently is clogging is frustrating

And I¡¯m sure there are many more. I¡¯ve even seen a JMRI group that¡¯s specific a single club.

Our Dedicated Moderators have put a lot of time and effort into making this a place that works for lots of people.? But it¡¯s also fine to look at other kinds discussions, in case there¡¯s one that works better for one¡¯s particular preferences.? We¡¯ve even seen people leave this group more than once and set up groups with different emphasis, different types of discussion, etc.?

This is all a _good_ thing:? people can come together to discuss, in whatever way works for them, whatever topics they want.? If they want to do that the way we do it here, great.? If not, also great.
