That is indeed a very good source. I look at the ZIMO operation instructions and the Sound Database frequently.

The .zip files you mentioned are very easy to adapt to a config.xml format. I would share such a config.xml, but not the sound files. I fear they are bound to ZIMO sound decoders (I have a couple of ZIMO standard decoders, but no ZIMO sound decoder).
Also worth mentioning is the software "ZIMO Sound Programmer" ZSP. It's free and allows loading and hearing (steam, only) the .zip files.
