Gentlemen:
No... RPi-JMRI can be running it's WiFi server and have a wired ethernet connection at the same time. It's kinda cool the WiThrottle server pane shows both addresses...? I would quit out of JMRI though...
When I posted on? my "fix" of the two displays problem that's indeed what I did.
It is true however that if you've built your own Pi cinfig running JMRI connecting to the "house" WiFi using the Pi WiFi connection you'll not need the wired.
