Prior to 4.16, the order of the displayed panel matched the order that the panels are loaded in startup sequence.
At our club, the loading order was defined to specifically provide the first 13 panels for mainline panels that link to each other and are designed for those trains that stay on the mainline. Only mainline, passing tracks, and stub access to stations and yards are displayed and the size of a smartphone constraints were important.
OK, most of the members use them to just go round and round, but that is not my decision to make or to judge.
One of the constraints was that a dispatcher is not concerned with the yards other than to ingress and to egress.
We also have 13 panels for stations, and there are 10 inch tablets located at the fascia for each of those panels. These panels are loaded in alphabetic order but after the mainline panels. There are also links provided so that a WiFi throttle user can convert back and forth between mainline and station panels, but that is not important for this discussion.
BUT with 4.16 it has no longer been possible to control the order.
My question: Do I need to redesign the panel names to accommodate a new ordering rule, or is there a method to find out how to retain the the loading order as the web order?
Thanks in advance,
