My apologies. I mainly use Mac and the checkbox is on the Preferences->General pane, and a similar location on Linux.
I just checked Windows 7 now and it's also on the Preferences->General pane.
It actually says "Start Dropbox on system startup" and you access Preferences by clicking on your initials at the top right corner of the pane you get when you click on the Dropbox icon in the System Tray/Notification area in the taskbar.
