When I launch Panel Pro Java (TM) Platform SE binary 32 appears in Devices Manager Apps.
If I expand Java I see.
JMRI
JMRI is unable to connect.
In Background processes Launch JMRI (32 bit) appears.
If I press EXIT program both of these processes disappear.
If I press restart program both processes remain.
If Panel Pro launches correctly both of these processes appear & if I press Quit they both disappear again.
I can find nothing else in Task manager during any of the above events.
I tried running in Windows 8 compatibility mode but it made no difference.
If I launch Panel Pro & it fails I just restart the program two or three times until it works which it does all the time.
I find its hit & miss.
When the program launches correctly everything works including Wi Throttle using Engine driver.
Its a complete mystery ?
