Have looked through the manual available here :
Although it does say?"PC Interface (Protocol available for free)", it doesn't say what protocol it actually speaks.
No mention of JMRI I'm afraid, the only discussion on using the PC interface is for firmware updates.
In the absence of an alternative updated manual, I'd suggest contacting your dealer for further guidance,
