Where could I find out more about that program? (A quick search only found lots of references to a Cheech and Chong movie that I’d forgotten about).
The code probably belongs to somebody. If we can find that person, we can ask what they think of the idea.

We've been using it for several years with decent success. But i cant help but wonder if jmri couldnt expand to include its own style of track warrant/ DTC software. I dont know the first thing about software development or id poke around with the idea. Just thought i would reach out to see if that would benefit the jmri package, and have a TWC software that could be better customized to specific model railroads & prototypes.
