Thanks for the detail!
What this is saying is that the Fleischmann Twin-Center sw ver. 2.000 doesn¡¯t use the same message sequence as (most) other Digitrax command stations, but rather the special set we first encountered for the IB-COM. JMRI knows about those (that¡¯s why it can interpret them), but just doesn¡¯t expect the Twin-Center sw ver. 2.00 to need them.
Is there a version 1 that works differently?
How have you got your JMRI connection and command station options set?

Note that the first and last messages appear respectively when I enter and exit programming mode on the Twin-Center, that is when the relay clicks.
