My recommendation for 'off-line' work on a layout is to create a profile at
the other computer that has the same connections, but pick the 'simulator'
mode for each connection. It will let you do editing of things just fine.
Just one thing to keep in mind, you end up moving files so watch what you
edit at home and make sure nothing is edited at the layout until your
changes from home come back. There is very little stuff that 'merges' right.
