That Init message indicates your JMRI preferences are _NOT_ set correctly. The type will be N if a SUSIC is configured.
But the first thing to do is to fix whatever has gone wrong with the node. Somehow, in the process of flipping the switches, something electrical has gone wrong. Find that and fix it, then you¡¯ll see the system polling again.
After that, we can walk you through setting the preferences step-by-step. But you really should first get the electrical problem fixed first, because otherwise it¡¯s going to be very difficult to get this right.
