Yes DecoderPRo seems to go inactive when you click on " Rebuild Roster " it is normal as this can take some time to complete. It all depends on how many roster entries you have. My roster is small so it takes only seconds.
After the " Rebuild Roster " completes is the roster showing up as before.. If not can you cut and paste the location information.
