No responses so perhaps I am the only one impacted. However, I have a work around. My problem occurs when I load several new icons to a CPE panel and then try to move them around or take an action that involves one of the new icons. To minimize issues, I am now loading the new icons I need but not doing anything with them immediately. After I get a bunch loaded, I restart CPE and then continue my activity with no problems. Something still not right with CPE. Looking forward to 4.14 and hope it clears up.
