I have successfully set up an NCE USB interface and have no issues working with Decoder Pro, but now that I'm diving into Panel Pro I'm getting a COM error using the exact same settings that are in use for Decoder Pro.? The cab is powered on before I start the PC, same as I do for Decoder pro and my programming track (the latter uses the NCE Auto-SW board).? How can I further troubleshoot this connection issue?? JMRI version 4.12+Rb6a9bb1.
Also possibly related, when I thought I had a good connection and assigned my turnouts to the turnout table, I lost all ability to control my turnouts from my Cab.? The turnouts are NOT locked in the turnout table.? Is this normal?
