That information provides with a possible single source of trouble. The Digitrax document does not seem to provide any "Troubleshooting" info.
It is a safe bet that numerous members of this group have collected their own lists of things to look for. And their own list of questions for details too.
Without any hands-on experience, my first guesses are to look for lights that agree with the documentation and verify that all of the connections are exactly like the one that are working correctly.
