Just noticed the change of subject.
You can have many conditionals in a Logix, they are calculated from the top to bottom, you can move them around so make sure the ones that overwrite another comes later.
I have some Logix with over 30 conditionals in them. Usually for the modular layout I have one Logix per interlocking, that would be up to four signal heads and several turnouts each.
