Do you have a stand alone PR3? ?Or are you referring to the PR3 built in to the DCS240?

Steve, yes, it is PR3 Standalone Programmer.
That is where it is not working.
I DCS240 mode everything works & the prefs are OK after restart.
In PR3 mode, it always goes to internal after restart.
