An alternative to only allowing non "E" or "L"? on the barge is to use the the destination tool to "Only allow cars with a final destination" for the barge C/I tracks.? This method would eliminate the need for custom loads.? Your industry schedules would only demand a certain car type, custom loads would be optional.
