I have tried upgrading again but with no luck. If I run InstallTest.bat I get the following:

The Windows Command Window ends with: Something is wrong with invoking JMRI. Check JMRI installation.

?

The output of InstallTest.bat is attached as the file InstallTest WindowCommandLine.txt
