This is also my understanding. Walthers are just mentioning that they are using SoundTraxx without any rebranding.So something like "Tsunami Diesel Walthers Mainline OEM" would be more appropriate - to distinguish from the older family "Tsunami Diesel Walthers OEM"; ?Alain LM

Sound Value are Bachmann OEM decoders from Soundtraxx. There is no mention of 'Sound Value' for Walthers locomotives on the Soundtraxx website that I saw.
