I was also having issues with 4.11.4ish not connecting all parts of all
turnouts. I was trying to build a test panel for signals. Two blocks and a
turnout, with two blocks after the turnout. I could only connect to two of
the three connections on the turnout. But I was rushing and haven't had time
to get back to confirm this.
