Not in front of he PC but there were 3 choices, select all, unselect all and select user names. So it seems like select all should be regardless if they have a user name.

I think the current software filters out turnouts without user names. Since
many times the un-named turnouts are things like signal lamps and unused
turnouts. I think it will be an option in later versions. But there is a lot
of sense in making user names for the ones you use.
