Ted,
Which version of JMRI are you running?
Try giving it a long time to open the tables. Also look in the 'Windows'
menu item. If it shows a 'Tables' window but when you select it, you only
get a very small blank window show up, you have the 'Audio library' issue.
Confirm these and we can better help you pick the right solution.
