Someone familiar with current versions of Norton should be able to help you deal with this.
I gave up using Norton decades ago and moved to other solutions that were lower-impact on system performance. These days I rarely use Windows.

Same problem here! I thought it was Norton. I stopped here as I'm
not sure how to proceed. I was going to try and load it on the train
computer upstairs until I saw this email this morning.
