Terry,
Are you referring to LocoNet Slot Monitor? If so, what do you mean by "all tabs"? There aren't any "tabs", at least "tabs" as I know them.
What command station? If DCS240, are you using "expanded slots"? JMRI does not understand expanded slots, and will not display them.
