Locked Possible issue with 240 programming accessories

 

First, we are running JMRI 4.8.

While adding new Tam Valley Signal boards, we get no loco detected error. JMRI sees all our existing Tam Valley boards.

We put back in our 200 to control the layout. We could then program the Tam Valley boards. Put the 240 back in control of the layout and it sees the new and old boards, but we can't program them still. Get the no loco found error.

Is this possibly the timing issue I have seen mentioned here before?
