I just did a quick look at Bachmann's website and for sure at least some of their EZ Control line models have only basic decoders that do not support speed tables. I was able to see that their 2 function decoder had a spec sheet and no speed table. So if you have those models, and you want speed tables, you will need to swap out the factory decoders for some other brand or model that supports it. Many to choose from. If your locomotives came with more sophisticated decoders than that, please report back and I am sure someone can steer you to figuring it out.
