Locked Trouble installing latest version.

 

I am trying to install the latest jmri version on my MacOS, Sierra version 10.12.5.
Download is good but get this message when attempting to install.
" jmri.4.6-R81496dc.dn no mountable file system"
What is the computer illiterate guy missing?
