It¡¯s a really obscure way to say it, but the message is saying that
*) Your file refers to the icons location by starting with ¡°scripts:¡±
*) But the code doesn¡¯t accept ¡°scripts¡±. It does accept ¡°program:¡±, ¡°preference:¡±, ¡°settings:¡±,¡±home:¡±, profile:¡± or some other things.
If you send me the file, I¡¯ll do a quick edit on it and send it back. (It¡¯s still work on the old version, just in case)

After upgrading from 4.6 to 4.7.6, making no other changes, and merging the directories (OS X 10.11.6, El Capitan), I get a Parse Error:

I checked, and the amber-on.gif DOES still reside in the Applications/JMRI/resources/icons/USS/sensor/ folder.
Any ideas what may have happened and how I can recover my panels?
