Two Corrections:
a) CVs>256* are affected.
b) The problem only affects Program Track write packets, not reads, or Program on Main.
* The technical reason is that there is no CV0 (only CVs 1-1024), so CV1 actually has an address of 0 in the NMRA programming packet, CV256 actually has an address of 255 and CV1024 actually has an address of 1023.
