Just upgraded JMRI to 4.5.4 with my old xp computer with a USB Sprog, never had a
problem until now, I only use DecoderPro on this machine but since the upgrade I cannot
use the built in throttle to check all is alright, it appears, but no functions work. I have now
reinstalled the old version and all is OK. Is this a known problem?
