I have a friend with three TT's on his layout, or should I say a friend with
three highly modified Lazy-Susans on his layout, manually operated of course.

I had the older turntable, but never was happy with it. I saw a conversion to
a manual control at a large layout, I am very happy with it. You do need to
see the tracks well enough to align them by eye. Let me know if you would be
interested in this.
