Hey guys, I'm looking to send individual email to specific folks (thinking Fred Katayama, Nozomi san, etc). What do you guys think? Thinking to send below:
Hope you're having a good day! If you are free, a few of us have organized a benefit this Thursday evening from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. The benefit is for Japan Flood Relief and all proceeds will go through the JAA Flood Relief Fund.?
There will be hors d'oeuvres, premium sake, beer, and wine provided by Chef John McCarthy and several raffles provided by various organizations such as Japan Society, JAA, Sakagura, and more.?
Tickets are available via
We would be honored if you are able to join us and feel free to invite anyone else.?
Hope to see you there!
Yuji

I think that’s a nice idea, Yuji. You need to mention the venue, too. We all need to change the language to “net proceeds” rather than “all proceeds” just in case we’re unable to cover the remaining $1,000 we need to pay Chef John.?
Thanks, Susan
