I can contact delta and American, Whitney museum, Japan Society for tickets. JAA also has fancy bags made from kimono - not to clutter the space though...

Come join us in an all inclusive tasting and bites to help fundraise for the relief efforts in Japan.? There will be premium sake, assortments of wine and beer, and food available as well as representation from the Japanese American community.
As you may or may not know, there has been significant disasters in Japan recently that have resulted in immense structural damage and loss. Some of the hardest hit areas are Hiroshima, Okayama, and Ehime Prefectures. Your donation will greatly help Japan heal and recover.??
The event is a collaboration between many Japanese/Japanese-American Organizations such as HAA, JAA, JETAANY, JMSA, and Japan Lions Club.? The proceeds will go towards the JAA (Japan American Association of New York) Japan Flood Relief Fund.? They are a 501(c)(3) Not-for-profit organization.??

We need some additional information before we can proceed to sell tickets.
buyers can pay by 2 methods:
1. BPT credit card processor: they can use any credit card and then after the event, BPT will issue us a check. Need to know to whom/or to what organization the check should be written out to. need information below.
2. Pay Pal Payment standards:
people can use paypal but then we need paypal information: i am thinking for JAA so that it can go to the JAA flood fund?
We can omit the pay pal option if we don't have this information.?

PayPal Payments Standard | You may use your existing PayPal account to sell tickets. Your ticket buyers will be able to place orders using their own PayPal account or by using a credit card through PayPal's processors. More information on setting up a PayPal Payments Standard account can be found?.
Ticket buyers will be charged $0.99 and 3.5% of ticket face value. Brown Paper Tickets will receive $0.99 plus 1% of the face value of each ticket sold. You will keep the remaining ticket fees to cover your costs.
This option is not available at walk-up locations or through mobile apps. |
