Re: BPT new account created
Dear JACC:
Ok, excited: a new BPT account has been created and the 8/23 event online registration will be transferred over shortly.
password: jacc2018
We need some additional information before we can proceed to sell tickets.
buyers can pay by 2 methods:
1. BPT credit card processor: they can use any credit card and then after the event, BPT will issue us a check. Need to know to whom/or to what organization the check should be written out to. need information below.
2. Pay Pal Payment standards:
people can use paypal but then we need paypal information: i am thinking for JAA so that it can go to the JAA flood fund?
We can omit the pay pal option if we don't have this information.?
Please advise.
thank you Maki?

Re: BPT new account created
Well, we need to cover the cost of the venue first I think.? If we can cover the cost of that outside of ticket sales, then great.? Let's set up Paypal and the check can go directly to JAA.??

Hey guys,
I may have overlooked one thing but we decided on raffles rather than silent auction. Do we have any traction regarding items?
Yuji
|
I’m going to contact Suntory, Korin, En Brasserie, and T.I.C. Group for donations in the morning. I didn’t have time while I was away.?
Thanks, Susan

Wow, fantastic, susan! Susan O is reaching out to other restaurants too I think. Yuji, I can reach out to Maiko or her sister Yuki of Bessou or do you want to?
I can contact delta and American, Whitney museum, Japan Society for tickets. JAA also has fancy bags made from kimono - not to clutter the space though...
