Yes I like $5 each and $20 for five tickets. Thought on individual boxes vs a group box? Where can we get change from?

Hi all - checking in about the raffle. A JETAANY Board member can donate one or two bottles of Hennessy. Are we able to add that to the bunch?
Also, do we have raffle tickets, cash box, containers for the raffle tickets? On Fri, Aug 17, 2018 at 19:38 Susan Hamaker < smhamaker@...> wrote: Yuji, I’ll email Rona and CC you.? I like the supermarkets idea
I can do Aug 22. Is there a timeframe? Can i go either in the morning or after work?
Regarding JFC, I'm waiting to hear back. My uncle won't be able to mention it until next Monday.?
We could potentially ask Japanese supermarkets regarding posting the flyers with QR code up

hello everyone: thanks for the list and updates. I had emailed jmsa board members re: the event- and re: the raffles. No donations for raffles thus far... will try to reach out again to JMSA.
A couple of board members of JMSA have signed up to attend and I am trying to reach out to my friends and contacts re: the event.
have a good weekend! maki?

Hi all,
Susan thanks so much for the updates. Excited for all the momentum we have going.?
I sent a request to our Board (through our President, Brenda McKinney) for raffle item donations and will check in on that early?next week. I know Christy Jones (on our Board) has already done an incredible job with Japan Society items! So awesome! I will try and secure some other raffle items in the meantime and will keep you posted.
RE the poster: I've already asked Kim to make the edit, but I'm fine either way. I sent Yuki our JETAANY logo and will send any for companies that can donate additional items.
Thanks all!
-Andy
And no problem @ the last line!? I see what you meant now – but it looks a bit funny to me, “…the JAA’s Japan Flood Relief Fund.”? Should we leave it?
?
Working on the layout of a small poster to list contributors, and also our orgs, this weekend.
Hey, see you Sunday night!

?
Hi Everyone,
I want to give a few updates from my end and ask a couple of questions regarding the flood relief benefit.
-
Chef John is getting sake donations from World Sake Imports and Skurnik Wines; they will deliver the bottles to OKA.
-
Still trying to procure more raffle items. So far we have Hiro Sake, a Japan Society package that includes a dual membership and tickets to select events, and dinner for two at Sakagura. I'm picking up the Sakagura gift certificate on Monday. If anyone has
any others, please let me know. I updated my website to include these as well as the sake donations.

Yuji, Rona Tison from Ito En says that she can arrange for you to pick up the tea donation from their Dumbo warehouse on Wednesday, August 22. Will that work for you? The address information: . Call 718-250-4000 a half an hour
before you pick it up. THANK YOU! If this doesn't work for your schedule, let me know, and I'll put you in touch with Rona.
-
Yuji, were you able to get any donations from JFC?
-
Yuki, I like the idea of printing a couple of posters. Sorry about the last line about on the flyer. I think I suggested the 's. In my head it reads "the Japanese American Association's Flood Relief Fund," so it doesn't look like a typo to me. Were you able
to change it to what you want? ??
I'll keep pushing the event on social media. I'm sure we'll get more ticket sales in the next few days. New Yorkers are very last-minute planners.
