Now that it's cooling off, I'm back in the garage and making improvements on my '90 PC800.
?
I rode it some over summer after work last winter, I should have replaced the carb boots when it was apart. But, life got in the way, had to move and I didn't get to it.
?
I've got carbs off and am looking at the boots - they won't keep a seal and leak. ?They are super hard and stuck on the engine. ?Nothing shocking about that. ?
?
My question: Anyone have any tricks or tips about how to get them off the engine? ?Sometimes I am a knucklehead and miss a super easy solution.
