Dave,

A few quick thoughts subject to later amendment:

Some of the torques for the cylinder head cover bolts in the Service Manual (SM) are wrong.? There are posts on the iPCRC with the correct values which you can also find in the generic table of torques based on bolt size in the front of the SM.

Replace all of the water pipe seals.? In general, just go ahead and replace seals, e.g. on banjo bolts, while you're in there.

New carburetor insulators would be good, but I think they are no longer available from Honda.? A little silicone grease may let you get them on and off in the future without a fight.

HondaBond sealant on the cam plugs.

Be very careful lifting the head covers and peeking inside so that the tappet shims stay in place, or at least know where they came from.

Good time to inspect cables and replace as needed: throttle and trunk release.

Clean the engine and transmission cases to make any future leaks easier to identify.
