ISP/email host???

Bit frustrated today as this is the second time in two years that 3-4 months of email data just vanishes.? Host is IONOS.com have been with them for more than 10 years, and twice this has happened just recently.? They claim they can only restore the past 7 days.?

SO - I am on the search for a new host.? Note that back in 2021 Randy highly recommending ICDSoft, just visited their site and ready sign up and transfer.?

Just wanted to ask the group if any updates to that recommendation and/or other options.?

I have been with ICDSoft for over 12 years and have no problems whatsoever. They respond to problems quickly.

Funny you should mention this right now. I hardly ever log into my iCloud account and just spotted this. Custom Email Domain. I noticed you use one, but want to change the host. Sign into you iCloud account, then in the upper right by your name, there is the grid of dots icon, click and hold that. Then scroll down to Custom Email Domain. I have never used it, but that sounds just what you are looking for. I have no clue past that on the cost or how to port over your domain.?

Per Randy’s recommendation I’ve been using ICDsoft for years. ?No problems at all. ?And very reasonable?

IDCSoft has been a rock since forever. They never seem to go down. Their support is amazing. They are reasonably priced (especially if you sign up during a holiday period where they are having a sale). I’ve been recommending them for many many years now, and I know that tons of folks have switched to them based on my recommendation. Yet I’ve never heard a single complaint from anyone.

I’m not currently interested myself, but I see that they are offering web hosting starting at $2.90/month. That must be hard to beat.
